Rocky Mountain Zip Line Tour

Our Standard Mountain Zip Line Tour includes 6 thrilling zip line sections, all with double cables for safety; OVER 8,000 feet of zip lines. After Base Camp check-in at our private reserve, ride a 6-ton monster truck or a comfortable 4-wheel drive van up to the first zip line departure deck at 11,200 feet. The shuttle vehicle used will depend upon trail conditions and the number of guests booked for the tour.

After completing zip line ride #5, it’s time for #6, The Big Nugget. Glide down from the observation deck on three side-by-side thrilling zip lines, past the rocky cliffs on long 850’ cables. Land next to your friends or family on our beautiful 100’ tall Sky Tower. This is the perfect spot for stopping to take photos on the spacious landings as you descend to Base Camp on wide stairways. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive, two of the tallest peaks in North America, from the deck of our yurt. See some of the old historic patented gold mines on the property, as well as possible wildlife sightings. Details

Tour Check-In Times

Tour Departure Times: 9 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Check-In Details

Payment & Liability: A credit card is required at check-in to cover potential damages. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the tour. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
Gratuities: Guide gratuities are appropriate and appreciated. For a group of 6 or more, a 15% auto gratuity will be charged at the time of check-in.

White Mountain does not provide transportation. Be wary of using Uber or Lyft, as cell service can be spotty on the mountain, and thus difficult to call your ride to get back.

Restrictions

Weight Requirements: Minimum weight of 60 lbs and maximum weight of 260 lbs.
Health Restrictions: Pregnant women may not participate.
Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a standard liability waiver before the tour.

What to Wear & Bring

Summer:
- Long pants are recommended, closed-toed shoes like hiking boots or sneakers are best. Bring sunglasses. You can carry a small backpack for bottled water or a cell phone.
Winter Required Clothing:
- Warm winter clothing (ski apparel is acceptable).
- Long pants, insulated waterproof boots, gloves, and a winter jacket.
